- We are known for our transparent estimates. We provide a detailed list of materials and itemized labour costs before we sign any contracts. Our level of disclosure is unheard of in the industry.
- While anything can happen during a renovation, we avoid surprises by simply keeping an eye on the costs and schedule to ensure our vision is in line with our goals and budgets; and that our plan is designed and built in such a way that sacrificing on quality never becomes an option.
